Online Service Request

Use this form to request service. Our online service request process follows these steps:

  1. You complete this online form, providing contact info, your address, and a problem description. When you've completed the form, you click "Submit This Request".
  2. The form data is sent to us via email.
  3. When the form data is received at our company (this should be within two hours), an automatic reply is sent to your email address letting you know we've received your request.
  4. We create a work order for you based on the form data.
  5. We call you or your alternate contact within one business day to schedule a time for the service. If you select the option in step 6 to "Dispatch an engineer without delay", we skip this step and dispatch the next available engineer without calling you first.
  6. We arrive onsite, locate you or your alternate contact if necessary, and provide service.

Don't use this form if you need us to supply hardware or software as part of the service request, or if your request is urgent and you need the fastest possible service. Please call us instead.

Please Note: If we dispatch an engineer and he or she is unable to provide service because the address or contact information you entered was wrong, or because you or your alternate contact could not be located, you may still be billed for the visit.
